Silver Award • Residential Landscape Contracting • Above 1 Million
This extensive estate installation was honored for excellence in large-scale residential construction. The project required exceptional craftsmanship, detailed site analysis, and strategic problem solving. The result is a landscape that feels both expansive and cohesive, with a strong connection to the surrounding environment.

- Preserving significant mature plant material and blending it seamlessly with new design elements.

The “Secretly Tended” project was honored for its carefully curated, highly personal residential garden. The design centers on intimacy, surprise, and layered growth rather than broad open spaces. The result is a landscape that feels private, mature, and deeply lived in.
Project highlights include:
- A planting plan built on strong architectural layering with perennials, lavender, hedging, and seasonal elements.
- Creative design solutions for a steep lot including terraced paths, planters, decks, and a dedicated greenhouse space.
- Maintenance practices that preserve structure and form while allowing natural softness and seasonal variation to shine.

Riverside Oasis
Bronze Award • Residential Design/Build • Above $1 M
In the category of Exterior Categories → Residential Design/Build → Above $1,000,000, Sunline’s “Riverside Oasis” won a Bronze Award (Award Level 3).
Project highlights include:
- The design concept “flow like the river” guiding soft curves, ornamental grasses, and pathways along the water’s edge. NALP Awards of Excellence
- Preserving two mature spruce trees planted by the homeowner as a child more than 65 years ago, then integrating new plantings to complement them. NALP Awards ofExcellence
